Johnny Cajun has been spreading its hot blend of Cajun, Zydeco and Funk music ever since its inception in 2002. Having played together in different groups over the years, songwriters Dan Perreaux (bass) and Daniel Roy (mandolin) called upon some of Winnipeg’s finest to help them create a sound that fuses the soul of New Orleans with an energy that can only be found north of the border. With Marc Arnould (keyboards), Gaétan LaRochelle (drums), Gilles Fournier (washboard) and Joey Landreth (guitar) on board, the sky is the limit.
