AceArt Inc. will be hosting an exhibition and book launch for Can you hear the city whispering? A collaborative work with the citizens of Winnipeg in hopes to explore the emotional landscapes of the city.
Artists Immony Men and Maegan Broadhurst will be exhibiting photo and video documentation from their research process, presenting close to five-hundred selected sites that Winnipeg locals have shared with them. They have assembled a travel guide from the field work they've conducted during their three month stay, in an attempt to return the information back to the community.
